In accordance with the order of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 14, 2025 No. 127 and on the basis of the order dated February 17, 2025 No. 11-l/s, he was appointed as Acting Chairman of the Board of the Fund.
By the decision of the Board of Directors of the Troubled Loans Fund JSC dated April 11, 2025 (Minutes No. 4), he was elected Chairman of the Fund's Management Board.
